Shea Geffert, Director
Shea Geffert joined the board in 2015. He is a partner and owner of Blakeslee Rural Sewage & Soil Testing and the owner of Geffert Cattle Company. His experience in agriculture and rural business provides valuable insight into the needs of the communities we serve.
Rebecca Marie Klitzke, Director
Rebecca Klitzke joined the board in 2018. She and her husband operate a dairy farm near Rock Springs and are actively involved in their church and community. Her agricultural background brings important perspective to the board.
Stephen A. Muchow, Director
Stephen Muchow provides valuable leadership and community perspective as a member of the board. His experience and commitment help support the continued success and stability of Reedsburg Westfield Mutual.
Kurt Lehman, Director
Kurt has over 25 years of experience in the industrial trades industry. He also owns and operates a cattle and crop farm in the Cazenovia area.
Daniel Fenske, Director
Daniel began his career with Mt Morris in 2002 to oversee the Company’s newly created in-house agency which expanded rapidly and by 2004, had increased to four staff members and two locations. In 2006, Daniel was hired as the President of Operations and is still in this role today. He holds Wisconsin state insurance licenses in Property, Casualty, Life and Health and has the PFMM designation.
Blake Frederick, Director
Blake began his career in insurance in 2016 as an agent with Rural Mutual Insurance and worked his way to Senior Field Representative with Mt Morris Mutual as of January 2023. Blake believes in continued growth through education with a B.A. in Marketing, an AAIC AgAdvisor designation through AmericanAg, his CPCU, and an AIS designation.
Greg Gonnering, Director
Greg began his insurance career over 24 years ago as an Independent Claims Adjuster. Since then he has been a supervisor, Manager of Field Operations, Vice President of Claims and Vice President of Mutual Assistance before finally being hired as Manager of Mutual Assistance at Mt Morris in June 2023. Since being hired in June, Greg assisted with bringing 5 mergers and 4 affiliations to Mt. Morris effective January 1, 2024.
Connie Weber, Director
Connie was hired by Mt Morris in 1998 and began her insurance career underwriting Dwelling Fire and Fire & E.C. lines. In 2002, she was promoted to Vice President of Operations which she still holds today. Connie actively works with reinsurers, auditors, hardware and software companies, management, staff and agents.
Danielle Loeffler, Director
Danielle was hired as an underwriter for Mt Morris in 2008 but quickly grew her role to the Vice President of Policy Services by 2011. She oversees and monitors the Company’s loss prevention program as well as actively looks for ways to improve workflow, meet Company goals, and enhance relationships with our agency force.

Charles Backeberg
Charles Backeberg previously served as Vice President and later President of the Board. With decades of experience as an agent for the company, he continues to provide valuable guidance and historical insight as an advisory board member.
Pete Giese
Pete Giese operates a beef farm and serves as a building inspector while remaining active in the local Farm Bureau. His agricultural and community experience adds important perspective to the advisory board.
Angie Lindloff
Angie Lindloff joined the advisory board in 2020. As the owner of LM Creative Marketing, she brings experience in marketing, communications, and community engagement to support the continued growth of Reedsburg Westfield Mutual.
